Guilt-free St. Paddy’s Day weekend

Great workout today in all classes! For those who came in, enjoy a guilt-free St. Paddy’s Day weekend and for those who didn’t make it in, well we hope to see you in next week burning off those calories you’re packing on this fun filled weekend! Here is a great, healthy St. Paddy’s Day drink to enjoy! Throw all the ingredients in a blender or a juicer for no pulp taste. Don’t forget to add in your Delgado products for an even healthier drink. Cheers!!

Mojito Juice
Makes one 12 - 16 oz juice

1 cucumber
3 stalks celery
handful fresh mint
2 kale leaves
1 lemon, peeled
