Kickboxing

Kickboxing:

Get in shape, develop coordination, balance and fitness. Have fun while practicing strikes and kicks in a comfortable, light to no contact atmosphere. This program centers on personal conditioning but we make no compromises. All of the drills and exercises in this program are pulled directly from the 5 Elements program. This means proper technique hard work and a lot of bag and pad work We don’t “punch air” in this gym. In this manner we can teach a fun fitness class while making sure the participants learn good technique.
