Get in shape, develop coordination, balance and fitness. Have fun while practicing strikes and kicks in a comfortable, light to no contact atmosphere. This programkickboxing 300x166 Kickboxing centers on personal conditioning but we make no compromises. All of the drills and exercises in this program are pulled directly from the 5 Elements program. This means proper technique hard work and a lot of bag and pad work We don’t punch air in this gym. In this manner we can teach a fun fitness class while making sure the participants learn good technique.
