OK! now I have heard it all. The latest excuse I have heard not to come in to Cage is that 30 minutes is too short! Research has shown that 21 minutes of elevated heart rate ideal for weight loss. If you need an hour to get up to speed and worked out your workout is TOO EASY! Cage Fitness burns about 500 calories per session. Most hour long workouts can’t touch that. The record I have seen is 670 calories in 30 minutes. If you burn the calories get the cardio and the strength training whats wrong if you save some time. When you get here be ready to work. We want to see SWEAT FLYING GROUND AND POUND! No excuses, no slacking, and if your not here no complaining that your butt looks fat.
